Foundation of Amethyst Radiotherapy, by Ludovic Robert and the Goldenberg family, who have been active in the healthcare and pharma markets in Europe for the past 35 years.
First Amethyst clinic becomes operational in Bucharest (Romania)
Opening of the first Amethyst radiotherapy centre in Poland, located in Krakow.
Our second Amethyst clinic in Romania – located in Cluj – becomes operational
First Amethyst Centers in France : Compiègne and Creil clinics join Amethyst network of radiotherapy centres
Amethyst welcomes a third clinic in France, located in La Garenne-Colombes, close to Paris and La Défense business district
Gray radiotherapy centre in Maubeuge joins Amethyst and becomes the fourth Amethyst centre in France
First Amethyst radiotherapy center in Italy is established through a partnership with the Fatebenefratelli Order in Rome and is located on the Tiber Island.
Major upgrade investment at French clinics (installation of new Elektra Versa HD accelerator, scanner upgrade and new Raysearch TPS software)
The Rohatyn Group invests in Amethyst Radiotherapy to accelerate the growth of the Company across Europe through the roll-up of clinics, the development of greenfield centers and outsourcing partnerships with hospitals.
Amethyst Radiotherapy expands its footprint into the UK through the acquisition of Medical Equipment Solutions Limited (MESL), a specialised provider of intracranial radiation treatments at Queen Square Radiosurgery Centre in London and Thornbury Radiosurgery Centre in Sheffield.

Acquisition of 5th and 6th centres in Versailles and Bastia
